I like this video because the instructor is very good at getting a person to stick with the exercising program. Not really hard to do the exercises and the program is geared to want you to continue to the next step
I am on my sixth day and I like this exercise dvd. My husband is 78 and I am 72 so it suits us perfectly. It's perfect for our nationwide shelter in place. We still walk the dog but both excercises makes us feel better.
I have purchased other products but this is the best! It is easy and quick so you can exercise anytime. Also, it is not boring and you can select the routines you want to do for that day. All the exercises are done while standing. Love it!
I have purchased various exercise DVDs over the years but now that I am retired, 66 yrs old and more sedentary than earlier in my life, I needed a DVD program that did not make me breathless in the 1st 5 minutes. This DVD has exercise in 8 minute bits - warm up, abs, legs, etc. and cool down. Really nice instructor. Can’t really hear the rock music but who cares about that. I do parts of this program every day or on alternate days. Great for those of us who need to exercise but can’t do at the Iron Man level. LOL.
I like everything about this DVD. It's great cardio, great ab workout, as well as all the other specific exercises. It's really nice that there are 3 people to watch, so you don't get bored. I especially like that one segment is 8 min., so if you have something to do you can keep coming back for each 8 min. segment. I highly recommend this video to both seniors and really anyone wanting a quick workout targeting all body parts.
This really is a good exercise cd for people who cannot do the heavy duty stuff and are not interested in repetitive rediculously easy exercise.
This was exactly what I needed. You have short segments (8 mins each) which target different parts of body. You start with the overall "wake up and stretch while marching" segment.Then you can choose whatever segment you want to go do on any given day as well as the number of segments you wish to do. It is so easy and so much fun . I really feel so much better after doing any of the segments on the tape. I highly recommend this tape for low impact and body strengthening, stretching, aerobic. It is really wonderful.
I like this DVD so much I told my husband about it. He asked to try it and I had to order a second copy. He wouldn’t give it back. I enjoy the variety of the workouts.

I ordered this to motivate me to get back to exercising. After working a 10 hour day, the only thing that seems to motivate me is sleep. I've got to get back on the wagon, I plan to get started with this DVD.
I'm crazy about this DVD and even ordered another one--I like the 8 minute segments, but try to do at least 3 everyday.
Gets ya moving & slow steady pace & super quick time frames, Starts off with 8 minutes & up. Works places you didn't think were able to be worked lol
This 30-day workout program is perfect for a 74 year old who wants to keep limber and moving. The workout only takes a few minutes and it easy to follow. I look forward to exercise time each day.

The 8 minute sessions are just right. Do a routine right before breakfast. Good to do if you have been sitting too long. 8 minutes goes by quickly.
Great video for people to start with. Good coach to work with!
Once you see the movement that's being done, you can 'rock' it out instead of roboticaly following along without any musicality. Very fun!
